There’s a very faint gray line that runs through Montana, so maybe that would be a future railway down the road when the bare bone rails are fully functional.
I WOULD JUST HOP ON A TRAIN AND GO SEE STEF IT WOULD STILL BE AN ALL DAY ORDEAL IN TERMS OF TRAVELING BUT IT’S A TRAIN AND THAT’S COOL

@chassidy_s: This is crazy I look in the mirror and I see quads thighs bunz for days …(which I love lol 😜) but I bought a pair of jeans for the first in months yesterday and im a size 2!!!! Whaaaaat??? I’ve never been a size 2 lol before basic training I was a size 7 and for awhile after I was consistently a size 9! That shit cray! Lol it’s soo amazing the things we can do with our bodies!! Anyways it’s show day my lover is signing in getting his tan on and I’m snappin selfies waiting lol show starts at 11 😁😁 thank you all for your support ill keep you posted!!! @iluvsmothers

It has taken me over a year and a half of training to get to the point I am today.
I certainly made mistakes along the way. I dieted too hard, I lost muscle, I did too much cardio, I overtrained, I had a pinched nerve in my neck, I didn’t train hard enough, I injured my back, I used light weight, I injured my knees, I binged, I was unmotivated at times, I skipped workouts…. the list goes on!
But did I give up? NO.
If I had.. I would not be where I am today. Despite all of my fumbles, I kept pushing forward and trying to improve. Anything worth having does not come easily! Getting healthy and fit takes hard work and a great deal of patience. This is a marathon, not a sprint! Work hard & stay positive.. you will get there!
If you had a bad day, so what? Don’t beat yourself up over it. We ALL have bad days now and again. What’s important is not to let one bad decision be a reason to give up on everything you’ve been working so hard for. Grab your running shoes and get right back into it! Get back to making decisions that improve your health! YOU get to choose where you want to be and who you want to be! Choose to be the best you, you can be. <3

CARBS, you ask!? Is she really eating THAT many mashed potatoes? She must have lost it.
Nope! I have finally succeeded in making cauliflower mashed potatoes. Yes, this is the only time it is acceptable to eat a plate of mashed potatoes that are bigger than your turkey burger. 150 calories for all that!!!
I got the recipe from thefitandfooddiaries and YUM.
This is what I did:1 medium head of cauliflower.
1 tbsp cream cheese, softened.
1/4 cup grated parmesan.
1/2 tsp minced garlic.
1/4 cup of milk.
Ground black pepper.
I didn’t actually measure my stuff, but it still turned out well! You have to use a food processor, or a Ninja like I did. Simply blending them with a hand mixer will leave them chunky.
So filling. So satisfying.Loading...
